Gerda Miller (neé Walters) qualified with a B.Sc. (Physiotherapy) from the University of Stellenbosch in 1987. I am qualified manipulative therapist (OMT) (University of Stellenbosch 1993) and a qualified pilates instructor (essential, intermediate and advanced) Stott Pilates (2001).

By attending numerous courses and lectures over the years, she has further developed this principle in her core interests of orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation and chronic pain issues. This has evolved in a multi-faceted approach to movement therapy as treatment modality, mindfulness and lifestyle changes as rehabilitation tools.

"I see my true calling to empower therapists working with me by sharing my knowledge and experience."

Suzanne Hille

Suzanne qualified from the European school of physiotherapy in 2011 and studied further at the University of the Western Cape.

She gained special interest in management of chronic pain, stress, burnout and has become more aware of the need to balance our physical, mental and emotional well being. This is where her interest in Mindfulness and conscious movement started. These are some of the skills she utilizes within her rehabilitation approach.

She has completed various Pilates mat work courses through APPI (Australian Physio and Pilates Association) and enjoys teaching group rehabilitation classes, as well as 1 on 1 sessions.

"I find it essential to transfer knowledge of movement and awareness to my patients and I enjoy guiding them in their rehabilitation process!"
